Calculator inputs stay in your browser
Calculations run on your device. The measurements, prices and other values you type are not sent to our servers or to analytics providers. Two things are stored in your browser’s local storage, only on your device: your preferred unit system and currency, and your analytics choice.
If you use “Share link”, the link itself contains your inputs. Anyone you send it to can see them.
Analytics
When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which calculators are used and whether they work. We send events such as “calculation completed” with the calculator’s name, the unit system and whether the calculation succeeded. We do not send the values you enter, and page addresses are sent without parameters.
Google Analytics may set cookies and process your IP address to provide the service. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, analytics and advertising storage are off by default until you give consent. Elsewhere you can turn analytics off at any time with Privacy choices in the footer.
Advertising
When advertising is enabled, the site uses Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads and measure them, including ads based on your interests where the law allows it and you have not opted out. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through a Google-certified consent management platform before personalised ads are shown.
You can learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and manage ad personalisation at https://adssettings.google.com.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, or US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, delete or correct personal data, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data or targeted advertising, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise a right, use Privacy choices or contact 362992@gmail.com.
